The SUGAR WEASEL a 7-inch direct impingement pistol chambered in 300 BLK that was made at the request of some poor folk who can’t afford the Honey Badger. It’s built on clear anodized M16 spec receiver set (no forward assist), and features the same fast-twist barrel, Cherry Bomb muzzle brake, adjustable gas block, and 6-inch M-LOK handguard as the higher priced Honey Badger. It uses a 6-position receiver extension (AKA “buffer tube”) that houses a carbine length action spring and buffer, and is topped off with a custom grey SB Tactical™ SBA3™ Pistol Stabilizing Brace® (PSB). Poor folk jokes aside, the SUGAR WEASEL is bad ass, and you should be proud to rock this shit at the range. “Unlike billet receivers, forged receivers have impurities in the metallurgical content due to the forging process. Since no dye is added during anodizing, any imperfections or impurities in the metal are more readily seen through the clear anodization. I missed out on the Honey Badger st my LGS but they later received a few SWs. From the moment I handled the SW, I knew it was coming home with me. It is light, compact, and balanced. Plus, it’s a great shooter. I customized mine with Magpul Grey BUIS, a Vortex Sparc II optic, a Geissele charging handle, and a Special Operations Equipment single point bungee sling. Highly recommended!

Bought the Sugar Weasel off release and I’m impressed. Only 500 rounds so far, but so far no malfunctions with both subs and supers. Suppressor is not out of ATF jail so no testing there. No key holes from the supers with this 1/5 twist. That’s the power of a WELL made 1/5 barrel. Excellent quality parts and familiar AR-15 controls and mechanism unlike the Honey Badger. If your looking to get a good rifle(pistol) that you know you can bet your life on, Q makes excellent quality items. Currently running the Sugar Weasel with a LAW Tactical folder and runs great. This is one of the advantages of the Sugar Weasel over the Honey Badger. You can throw on a folding adapter to make a smaller package. Long story short, it’s a durable, well made gun with a sexy look.

This this is so much fun to shoot. Had to adjust the gas block just a tad to get it cycling but now it’s great. It’s small it’s light it fits in my backpack it has the best looks of anything ever made. It made me a stupid q fanboy. It’s the best gun I own!
